Family Day on Wednesday was good. We had a great time at Six Flags. It was more crowded than I thought it would have been. I know it was spring break, but I didn't think that many people were out. There was a line for everything from getting your season pass, to getting on a ride, to getting something to eat. I never saw the lines so long to eat there. They even had extra booths open for food. Man were they slow. I guess they haven't gotten into the groove of things, or they really hired some stupid people. I guess it didn't help that it rained all day the day before, so a lot of those people probably came the next day.
The coolest thing about being out there was the Drama Queen (my oldest step-daughter) recently had knee surgery. So she got this book, or pass what ever you want to call it to get up to the front of the lines. It rocked. We never had to wait over 20 minutes to get on rides. We rode the Titan twice. I love that ride. We didn't even get to see the whole park. The good thing is though we have season passes so we will be going several times this year. Hell they are paid for after one trip. Those guys aren't losing any money by selling the season passes so cheap. Their food, and games is where they get ya.
We were all pretty tired after the day at Six Flags. I didn't realize how out of shape I was until I got home. I was fighting a cold at the time also. Didn't really help being in the cool wind. The wind blew all day. I still had a good time though. I really did enjoy being out there with the kids though. It had been a long time since the four of us had a day together. The girls always have something going on between the two of them. We rarely even eat together. The girls went off, and did something after we got home, but the wife and I went to bed early. We were worn out.
Spring Break has been nice, but I am ready for the kids to go back to school. I love them, and all, but they cost too much when they are out of school.
Nothing else really going on. Just ready for the Craw fish Boil we are holding next month. Stay tuned for details to come at a later date.
BE COOL.

Weekend News
This weekend wasn't too exciting. Worked on my BIL's truck, and watched the race Sunday. That was about the most exciting thing that happened this weekend. I wanted to go to Bass Pro Shops this weekend, but never made it. We really didn't do much, and it was nice.
The girls, and I are out on spring break this week. Too bad I can't take spring break from work either. I really need to become a teacher. If it wasn't for the punks in school I might. The hours, and all summer off would be great. We are all going to Six Flags tomorrow. Hopefully the rain stops. It has been raining here all damn day. It is suppose to clear up by tomorrow morning, but it is not suppose to get above 65 degrees either. I guess that means no water rides for me. To tell you the truth, I don't ever ride the water rides anyways. I can't stand that chaffing after getting off a ride all soaking wet then having to walk around that big ass place. It should be fun. We got season passes for the year. So we will go a couple of times. I like going out there sometimes when there is nothing else to do, and just jump on the Titan then leave. It can kill a couple of hours just parking, walking to the ride, getting on, and leaving. I am looking forward to going tomorrow. It shouldn't be that crowded, or hot.
That is about all going on here right now.

FRIDAY
I used to really look forward to Fridays. I couldn't wait until five o'clock. I would have a beer in my hand, and making calls to see where we were going to start drinking at. Now a days it is just another trip home from work. I miss drinking in the bars, and wasting time. Other than making some good friends, that is just what it was, wasting time, and money. Don't get me wrong, if I could afford it right now I probably would be doing that very thing. I have my obligations now, and I don't regret them. The kid in me just longs for those times that have gone by.
Another thing I miss is camping, and canoeing. I am real interested in setting up a trip sometime before Memorial Day if anybody is interested. The problem now though is trying to coordinate with every body's hetic schedule. It is nearly impossible to plan a weekend where nobody has anything going on. Between having children, and families it is crap shoot to get the whole gang back together. Good times. You ought to go, and check out some of the old memories on Shump's Site. Man, we had some good times on those trips. We were suppose to have a big 15Th annual one, but nobody could get everybody back together. Timmy has even bought a canoe, and I don't know how many times he has got to use it. By the way Timmy, lets go canoeing.
Getting old is never fun, but it is fun to look back on the old memories we have created.
Shumpy should be proud of me this week. I have posted nearly everyday.
Y'all have a great weekend, and we will yell at y'all later.

Had A Good Idea, and Forgot it.
On my way to work, or in the shower this morning I had a great idea for a post. I knew I should have jotted down some notes to help trigger my memory, because now I forgot what the hell it was. Maybe it will come back to me later.
Sucks getting old.

Problems With Our World
This is a ranting post. I am fed up with a lot of things going on out there in the world. I was reading an article on CNN about this guy that built a robot to patrol his neighborhood where druggies, and scum of the earth are hanging out at night. The police have a problem with this contraption because it can spray water on people to try and get rid of them. Water people! This is what is wrong with today's society. We are so worried about getting sued for needless shit, because all the lawyers, and judges are worried about the wrong things. People should have rights granted, but people who are doing the right things in life should have rights too. If you commit a crime, you should be punished. You kill somebody in cold blood. You should be put to death. You steal something. Go to jail. The gang problems we are having is because nobody really has to stay in jail too long, or jail is a better environment than where they are living at the present time. Everybody in jail should have to do hard labor. They would make them think twice before going. Take the weights away. Take the TV's away. Make them all sleep in one room. Make them get up at the crack of dawn, and work their asses off until the sunset. The gang leaders in jail would think twice about going to jail if they had to work hard all day everyday. Young punks wouldn't think it is cool to be in a gang if they saw that they might have to go to work in jail.
Next point of ranting is the illegal immigrants. These fuckers are soaking up all our money, and sending it home. They are getting free health care also. I have grown up with Mexicans all my life, and have nothing against Hispanics that are citizens, or have green cards. They do need to do like they did when I was growing up though, and learn to speak English. If I was going to go live in Mexico, you can bet your ass I am going to learn to speak Spanish. Cooperate America is making where you don't have to learn our language now though. Hell they are advertising every where in Spanish now. Why do they do this? Is it because they feel sorry for the Hispanics? Hell NO! They do it because they don't want to miss out on that almighty dollar that is losing it's value more, and more everyday. The illegals are sending eleven billion dollars a year back across the border. That much money would do a lot of good if it was staying in our nation. I seriously believe if we don't do something about this problem real quick we are going to run into more problems than we can handle.
Now to bitch about the election year this year. This is one scary debate. All the choices suck. I say we go without a president, and let the government run it's self due to the choices we have to choose from. Too bad that Actor from Tennessee Fred Thompson isn't going to be running. I would have voted for him. He seemed like a stand up guy, who wasn't going to be pushed around. It might have shown how smart he was when he got out of the race so early, knowing that it was probably rigged anyway. That is not his official reason for withdrawing, but in my mind it is. It is going to be scary if anybody else other than John McCain wins. Hell it's going to be scary if he wins. In my opinion though he is the only one to vote for due to the choices we have. Number one he is the only one out of the three that was in the Military. If you don't believe we need to have someone from the military running this country you are just fooling your self. There are too many decisions riding on what our military must do to have someone in the office that doesn't know the first thing about how the military is ran. Secondly, he is a P.O.W.. He has paid the price of being in the military during the Vietnam War, and came out with honor. He did not have a REMF job like the current Commander-in-Chief, nor did he dodge the draft like the preceding one. If you don't know what a REMF this should explain it. You have to scroll down to the slang part on this one. I am not feeling real excited for this year's candidates. I guess will will just have to wait, and see how things turn out, and hope for the best.
There are a lot more things I would like to go on about, but maybe that will be for a later time. I am boring myself with this ranting. So I know I am boring y'all. We all definitely need to pray for our country to pull it's head out of it's ass. A lot of people need to realize, freedom has a cost. I believe a lot of us have forgotten this.
BE COOL.

Let's try this again.
Well it has been a nearly a year. To be exact it has been since March 27Th, of 2007 since I posted. There has been a shit load going on since the last time I posted. Well #1 we have moved back to the greatest state in the nation. Yes people, we are back in Texas where we belong. I turned in my notice back in August, and left the company at the end of that month. I had enough with Alabama, and the company I was working for. I took a step back, and took a less responsible job back here in Texas. I am thoroughly enjoying not having all the responsibility, and definitely less ass chewings. The family was ready to move back to TX, and the job out there was getting too frustrating, and was not rewarding enough to warrant staying in AL. So we packed up some stuff, and put the rest in storage. We moved back to TX, and I went job hunting. I found a really good job. It is less money, but we are making due for right now. I am back in school, and trying to work on getting into nursing school in the fall.
There has been a lot going on since we moved back. The Softball Queen had surgery over Christmas break. We had a good time celebrating Christmas in the hospital. It wasn't really that bad. Cook Children's Hospital was excellent in their care. I have never been to a hospital that they really take care of their patients that well before. She is out, and doing great. She won't be able to play this year though. There are a lot of teams asking for her right now. She is young, and has two more years of high school so she will have plenty of time to play. She does have a job now. So that has made it easier on the wallet a little.
Tammy had a spell last month with her MS but is doing well now. She keeps here self busy with the kids, and bingo. She is ready to get a place of our own. We are living with my mom and dad right now trying to save some money, and make it easier on us while I am in nursing school. The house is big enough for us. We have the 3 bedrooms upstairs to ourselves. It is still not our own place, but we have to do what we have to do.
I went back to AL two weeks ago, and got all of our stuff out of storage. Man that was a killer, and expensive trip. I rented a car trailer, and a U-Haul trailer. My dad and I drove down there on a Saturday afternoon, and got down there about 10pm. Half way there I realized that I had forgotten the storage keys. You would think "No Problem, just cut it off", but the lock on the door is not a master lock. It is one of those that goes in the door. I wasn't going to be able to get the door company to come out there until Monday. So I called my wife, and mom. They looked up flights, and mom jumped on a flight to The Big Easy and rented a car to drive to Mobile,AL. It saved us from having to drive all the way back, and coming another time. So on Sunday I had a friend of ours meet us at the storage unit to help. He was coming to help, because I was giving him all the big furniture to keep for his self. He is a bachelor in dire need of furnishings for his house so he was happy to help out. We got everything packed up, and drove back home. We got back in about 4am Monday morning. We were all wore out. We got everything unpacked, and put into the storage in the building behind my parents house that week. I am hoping that is the last time I have to go back to AL. No, we probably will take short vacations there to go, and see some friends sometime. The Softball Queen wants to go back for spring break, but that ain't happening this year.
Well that is a little about what is going on with us right now. I have missed blogging, and I ain't promising anything, but I am going to try, and keep it caught up this time. I know. I know. You have all heard it before, but let's just see what happens.

Sometimes I feel like this.
Is this up a creek with out a paddle, or just plain fucked? This is how I feel sometimes. No, not stuck on an island. Ready to go, but no road to take me. I wonder what this guy did to piss off his buddy? I got this from Shumps site.Sitting here in St. Augustine, FL for some training for work, and ain't doing shit. I flew in early Sunday morning to go golfing, and I didn't want to mess with taking the clubs. So I just came to the hotel and checked in. I did go see the best movie I have seen this year, 300. It was awesome. I can't wait for the DVD to come out now. I don't go to the movies much anymore. I don't want to mess with the crowds. I tell you one thing though, I will never trust the driving directions from Mapquest again. I looked up the movie theaters here, and found the movie. Got directions, that were provided by Mapquest, and they sent me way out of the way. They also sent me down a neighborhood street, that came to a dead end. The directions didn't even lead me to the movie theater. I had to get directions the old school way. I had to pull into 2 convenient stores before I got the correct ones. All in all though, I had time to burn. After the movie I came back to the hotel and chilled. I surfed the web a little, and did some work. I was even in bed before 10pm, but couldn't go to sleep until midnight due to I am used to central time zone.
I got up and went to the training today. It was pretty informative, but still boring. We have a vendor rolling out a new engine concept this year to be under EPA standards. So we have a lot of training to go through this year. It's funny though, when I used to go out of town for training it was always a party. Now I ain't that thrilled to go out, and get all drunked up. Of course, I am going to go down to the motel bar, and have a drink or two tonight, but it won't be an all night deal. It's just not a big deal to me anymore.
Well enough about the boring times in my world. I am going to go get something to eat. Have fun.
BE COOL.
WHAT'S UP?
Man, a lot has gone one since October. My mom has even been down here twice. Once for Christmas, and she, my dad, and my grandparents came down last week.
The Softball Queen is on a city league team now that Tammy & I are coaching. Let's just say we probably won't be getting coach of the year awards. We are faking more than we know. We are enjoying it though. Our team is lacking in some skills, but ever game I do see improvement. It certainly keeps us busy. We have practice on Monday's. Games on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays. We didn't have a game this Saturday. I am certainly glad about that. I did have to work today though.
The shop is going good. We are finally in the black, and moving in the right direction. I head out to St. Augstine tomorrow for some training. Hopefully I will get some golfing in.
Tammy is staying busy with softball. She is the manager of our team, U8 director, and she is always helping out in the concession stand. Her health has been great down here also.
We got a new truck last month. I bought her an '07 Chevy crew cab. It is tan. I get to drive the old hoopty now. Actually, the Drama Queen has moved in with us so she will probably get the Ford. Back to the Jeep with me. I am currently looking for a motorcycle, that is cheap, to drive back and forth to work. I haven't had much luck locating one that I can afford though. Everytime I go to finance one the only way they will agree to it is that new Chinesse financing plan. Won Lump Sum. So I am saving my pennies, because all the nickels, and dimes go to the bills.
The Drama Queen is my oldest step-daughter for those of you that don't know, and the Softball Queen is her younger sister.
The Drama Queen is the trainer on the boys baseball team now. She was a trainer back in Texas. The baseball coach loves that she is here now. She doesn't take any crap from the boys, and knows what she is doing when it comes to taking care of the injuries.
We have moved to the big town of Loxley, AL. It is a smaller town, but we like it. We moved here in January. The small town atmosphere is a lot better than the town we were living in before. I felt like I was living in Plano, or Southlake. Too many snooty people. No offense to those that live in the above mentioned, but I wouldn't live in those towns either. Different kind of people. I have been putting some money away to buy a house next year around here. It looks like we are going to be here atleast 5 years. I hope we can survie. It's not that bad here, and we do love the town we live in, but it's still not Texas.
I thank the main reason I quit writing on this site for so long was, because I was getting a little home sick. Plus work has been a M.F. until lately. I feel like we are headed in the right direction now. This market is a different animal though.
Well, I will write randomly another time. No promises on the frequency though. It all depends on work, and being able to get on the computer. Living with 3 women used to be my dream, but it is a different thing when they are your family.

Life Back To Normal
Or at least, normal as it can be in Bama. My foreman is back to work, and I have been catching up on the all the things that I needed to do, and some more. Business has picked up a little bit. Hopefully it stays that way. It is quite nice getting off of work at a descent time.
I do have some bad news though. I am not going to be able to make it back this weekend for H8P. If you don't know what I am talking about see here H8P. This will be the first one that I have missed in 7 years. I was there for the first one, and we even made it when Tammy was in a wheelchair. I have been trying to scrap up some extra money to make it back this weekend, but it just ain't going to happen. It sucks growing up, and becoming an adult. I probably will call in though for a party call sometime that night. To all of you that are going to be there take a lot of pics. I know Shump will. I figure I will be getting a call from Shump about this. This is just the breaks. We were really looking forward to making it back for the first time since we left, but it ain't going to happen.
We all went to Bingo the other night, and everybody but Tammy & I won. We even won some pork chops that we cooked up tonight. It was a good time and cheap, but they had some weird games. The best thing was they had $1.75 beers there. I tried to catch me a little buzz, but it didn't happen. We went with some friends, and took the kids. Alabama lets kids to a lot at a younger age. Heather doesn't even have to take driving school to get her permit. She just has to take the test. So guess what we are about to be doing. Now I have to start looking for a tank for her to start driving.
Talk to y'all later.

Friends and the Internet
I have come to know many friends in my life. Some come and some go. One of my long time friends is blogging now at Casman. I have know this guy since 1st grade. In fact I met him just before first grade when my mother married my step-father. I met him when I was out riding my bicycle. This was when kids could ride far from the house, and the parents didn't have to worry about kidnappers or perverts. So any ways back to the story. I met Casman, and a long lasting frendship ensued. My mom still has pictures of us busting up bricks to fill the holes for the post of the new fence we were putting up. Yes, I am taking brides to post or not post them. Let me just say, he used to have a whole lot more red hair on top of his head. He and I have been close friends at times in our lives, and sometimes we wouldn't see each other from years. Hell I don't even know if we saw each other in high school more than three times. The one thing that has kept us in touch though is definitely through another friend of both of ours. You guessed it Shumpy. Shump has introduced me to many of his friends, and I have become close to a whole lot of people, because of him. Now Casman and I are blogging. Probably because of Shump. There are many people I have met of the net, and never seen in person. I still have the same feeling that they are my friends, even though we have never met. I did get to meet one of the people that I have talked to in the blog world this last week. Chuck was down here for a conference, and we met up for a beer. Of course, I had my whole family in tow. They set over at another table, and ate with some other friends. Chuck and I got to put a name with the face, and downed a couple of beers, and the traditional tequilla shot. It was good times, but not nearly long enough. I wanted to sit there, and tie one on with him, but we come back to me being the bossman at work, and had to get home so I could get up in the morning. The whole point to this journey down memory lane is that the electronic world we live in, and the internet has made the world a whole lot smaller, and a better way to stay in touch with old friends, and new ones.
How about them COWBOYS. Did they put on a whipping or what? T. O. finally got some TD's. The only thing that sucks about that game is that I missed the second half. I was scared in the first half. We all went to The Shrimp Festival today. I think I gained about 10 lbs today. I had gator on a stick (yum), shrimp on a stick (not bad), a true root beer float (been craving that), and a funnel cake on the way out (not as good as Six Flag's though). So needless to say I still have yet to see T.O. get a touch down for the Cowboys. As long as they when though, I am happy.
No, I didn't get to go golfing this morning. I was a little too worn out, and needed to spend some time with the family. Hopefully this week goes a little better. As long as my foreman comes back to work Tuesday should. Hope y'all have a great week, and Shump, keeping my fingers crossed on the job hunt before the welfare runs out.

Hell Week
This week has sucked at work. My Foreman is out with an infection in his leg all this week, and won't be back until next Tuesday. So that means I am having to do 90% of the work. Our business has slowed down, but all my work is getting backed up, because I can't get to half the stuff that I am suppose to do in a day. It hasn't even helped that I have been staying at work 13 to 14 hours a day. O.K. I know quit whining, but I was just letting all 3 of my readers know that is why I haven't been blogging this week. I went into work today, but couldn't get much done, because when I am their I guess nobody can make a decision with out me. I guess that is my job, but I am hoping my crew will get like I used to be when I was in their situation. I used to make as many decisions as I could, and not bother my boss. There were a lot of times that I would not make the right ones, but my old boss always stood behind me, because I wasn't bugging him with all the little stuff. I have relayed this to my crew, but it is just easier for them I guess to make sure they don't have to make a wrong decision. Enough crying.
We went to Bay Fest down here last weekend. It is where they have about 10 stages, and have all kinds of bands show up. Friday night we saw Gretchen Wilson. She is so fine, and we had a moment there where ours eyes locked, or she could have been looking at the crazy ass people behind me, but I am always going to say we had our little moment. JK, but the girl is fine, and has an awesome voice. It was crowded as shit. Saturday, we had two games. The girls won both games, and the SBQ got a home run. Then we ended up going back out to Bay Fest to see Gary Allen. It was pretty good, but I staid back in the back. We had about 11 teenagers with us. Tammy and all the girls went up to the front, and got to see everything from the front row. I was tired of the crowd. I have come to find out, when I am around that many people I feel like I need to kick somebody's ass. I get tired of rude or pushy people. So I staid in the back so in case if anybody got lost or tired they had a centralized place to come back to, and I didn't have that far to go to the bathrooms, or beer stand. I got up early Sunday morning and went golfing. I actually did a lot better this weekend. When I got back from golfing, you guessed it, we went back out to Bay Fest. We got to see Lynyrd Skynyrd. They were awesome, but again, we had to get up front. When will I learn that I don't like being around that many people so close to me. We got through. All in all, last weekend was great, but too many damn people. It made Monday hard to go to work, but when your the boss, you can't lay up at home like a crack whore just because you are a little hung over. It sucks being the boss sometimes.
We are not going to go through what all happened this week again. I will spare you the griping. I went into work again this morning. Then off to the softball fields again today. The girls had two games again today. They won the first game, but lost the second game. One of their friends got picked up to pitch against them, and needless to say, she is a pretty good pitcher. The SBQ got picked up to play on another team in between her two games, and she scored a home run. It was a beautiful hit. I am going to have to get her some hitting lessons though, because in the her teams second game she struck out swinging both up to bats. Her timing was off. So I will be looking for her a hitting coach. Once she gets that down she will be well rounded. She is doing great. We just got a little fine tuning to do.
The girls are wanting to go to the Shrimp Festival in Gulf Shores tonight. I am hoping I can get out of it, but it is looking doubtful. They just want to keep going, and going. I have to get up early tomorrow morning for golf. Yes, I said golfing. I can't hardly believe it either, but I am getting to golf two weeks in a row. Maybe my game will pick up a little bit.
Well, I hope you and yours are all doing good, and remember GO COWBOYS.

Crazy Ass News
The events that are happening in the news is Crazy. First you have this Looney going into this Amish school, and kills those kids, because he was thinking about molesting kids again. This dude definitely needed to be killed. Then, I get a call from one of my mechanics this morning telling me he had to remove his kid from school, because some idiot decided to go into the school with a gun. What triggers these guys? Some loon pulls this prank so they are sitting at home watching it on the news, and a light bulb comes on in their head. Are they acting like stupid teenagers who jump off a bridge, because they see everybody else doing it, when they see these stories, and say to themselves "That looks like a good idea. I think I will go kill some kids." WTF. If life is that bad go and put a muzzle in your mouth and pull the trigger. Don't harm innocent kids to get your 5 minutes of fame before you commit suicide by Cops. I believe this is all happening, because society has gotten too pansy assed on people who do wrong. We look the other way when a woman or child is being abused. Saying to ourselves "Its not my place to do something." We don't kick some one's ass when they do us wrong anymore. We sue or worse yet we pull a gun, and shoot everybody around, because these punks don't even know how to use a gun properly. We don't stand up for our rights as Americans, because we are scared we are going to offend someone. I am getting real fed up with this. Now I am not going to go out, and shoot people, but I definitely been telling people lately how it is, and not holding anything back.
Enough ranting about the crazies. Work is going pretty good, and the family is all happy right now. Tammy is keeping busy with all the softball stuff, and helping a friend of hers out with picking up her kids from school. The SBQ is doing better in school. We have one teacher we need to straighten out, but I have unleashed Tammy on her so she will be coming around. The Shop is starting to come around. I definitely can tell we are heading in the right direction. It just needs a little more fine tuning. All my guys, and one girl are enjoying working there again since I have shown them that it is not really that hard if you do the right thing first.
One more News bit that I enjoyed was that Bush signed a bill to build a fence on the border. Now I know this won't keep all the illegals out, because they will find another way around it. It might slow them down for a while, and it will bring some more jobs. That is if they really do build it. We have to do something, because I am tired of having to push buttons just to let machines know that I speak English, and prefer for everything I have to interact with to be in English.
I got a little wordy tonight, but I felt like I needed to speak my mind tonight, and not just tell y'all about what is going on here in AL.

Not Enough Punishment
I can't believe that all they are going to suspend Haynesworth only five games. At least, they are suspending him without pay. I think they should kick him out of the league for life. I can understand if you get mad, and hit the guy or tackle him after the play, but kick a man in the head after he out played you. The big guy from the Baltimore Ravens that comutates on the sidelines had it right yesterday. That was a cowardly act. What are you going to do. I am real surprised that the NFL actually suspended him more than 2 games though. Its probably a good thing that I am not the commsioner.
Today was a Fuck off day at work. I actually did a lot of work, but not as much as I should have. I took a couple of customers to breakfeast, and moved a lot of trucks around on the yard to take back some of the parking space for my department. The new truck department has ordered a lot of new trucks in due to the new style engines coming out in 2008. So they have been parking their trucks all in my spaces for my trucks that my shop has to work on. I knew if I left it up to them it would never get done. After getting some things straight at work I went and got my hair cut. Tammy found me a new place to get my hair cut. They didn't do to bad of a job. You figured as short as I get my hair cut I wouldn't be that picky about it, but I am. My hair is so thick that if you don't cut it right it looks like shit the next day. So I guess tomorrow I will find out if I will be going back to this place. As long as it looks good tomorrow I will return.
I am cooking my first pork loin tonight. It is nice getting off work before six at night. I have to take advantage of these times when they come up, because they don't come as much as they used to since I am the big hefe at work now. We are watching Benchwarmers. This movie is so halirous. It cracks my shit.
I am defenitely loving the laptop at home that work provided me with. I love watching TV and surfing the net or Blogging. Opps sorry, I mean Web logging. You happy now Link? This movie actually reminds me of guys of some guys back home. They will know who they are.
Tammy is actually in the kitchen finishing up supper. My evil plan has come full circle. She gets tired of me asking questions so she takes over for me. Playing dumb can be so much fun.
Well supper is almost ready, and I am starving. Tune in next time kids.
BE COOL.

This Given Sunday.
I got through month end yesterday. I woke up this morning about 7am to check my numbers. We did fall short, but only about 3k dollars. I little better than I thought we would do, but not as good as we should have. We just didn't get busy until the last week, and that is a little too late. Oh well, there is always next week.
Shumpy and Link called me yesterday about 7:30am. They were feeling no pain, and hitting the The Gold already that morning. They kicked it up the night before. I also found this neat little site while looking up "The Gold". The Gold Inside was pretty interesting. I have always wondered this also.
The Cowboys kicked ass today. I told y'all that the Nashville curse was over. We not only scored there today; we kicked their ass. The team really looked good today. We have a tough battle next weekend against The Eagles. Man, if we can put them away it will make it a lot easier for the rest of the season.
I didn't really do anything else today. I took a nap after the game, and marinated the pork loin that I am going to cook tomorrow night. Just another lovely day in Alabama. Yee Ha. I do miss Texas, but this is opprotunity is really going to help us get on top. I like it here, but it is no Texas. You can take the cowboy out of Texas, but you can't take the Texas out of the Cowboy. Mark my words. We will return one day.
Well BE COOL.

Month End Sucks
Quick post. Month End sucks. Trying to hit all these numbers my company wants us to hit is a bitch. We have gotten a lot busier, and it is going to get better. The business that we are taking in this week is a little too late. If I can pull this off this month I will be surprised. I will be working like hell, and not posting the rest of the week, but I will catch everybody up this weekend.
Thanks to Shumpy for the plug on his site. We should be making it to H8P. Hope to see y'all there.
Go Cowboys!!!!

A SUNDAY WITHOUT COWBOYS
Well, it will be a Sunday without the Dallas Cowboys. It almost makes me want to stay in bed all day. Too bad I can't. I haven't slept in in ages. I got up this morning around 4am. Watched a little bit of T.V., and went back to bed. I got up around 8am. I went to Wally World to check on a weedeater, and dream a little bit. I just love that store. I walked up and down most of the aisles. I stayed out of the clothing departments, but hit just about every other department. I have now found the clearance aisle in this Wal-Mart. I always have to check that aisle out. You can actually find some good buys there sometimes. After Wally World, I came home and mowed the lawn. I can't wait for payday, because I really need that weedeater.
The Softball Queen had another tournament yesterday. They lost their first game, so that meant that we had to work our way through the loser bracket. They won their second game, and then had a break. So all the mothers had a great idea to go feed them. Well what happens when you feed teenagers in the middle of the hot day? Your right. They all come back and feel sick. So needless to say, they lost their third game, and were elminated from the tournament. They should have won, but nobody was hitting yesterday. The SBQ did get the game winning hit in their second game. She actually has an average. I need to work on her timing. We are definitely hitting the batting cages this week. The one hit she did get was beautiful though. She made great defense plans in all the games. She played third and short stop. I was extremely proud of her. Tammy is the team mom and is doing a great job. She is worn out today. I have let her sleep all morning. It is keeping her busy, and that is a good thing.
I have got a full work week next week. We have to basically do as much work this week as much as we have done all month to make our numbers. I now we can do it as long as the work load stays with us. This town is weird. It slows down when it should be busy. We wil do it some how. Probably will just have to work a lot to get there. I am ready to get it where we have hit our numbers at least a day or two before the end of the month.
Watching the Nascar Race in Dover right now since the Cowboys aren't playing today. They play the Titans next week. We should be able to beat them as long as the Tuna doesn't make any stupid decisions. They definitely got the talent to win.
I am not really going to do much more today but watch the race, and rest a little bit before this next week. I hope you all have a great week, and if someone has a job for Shumpy let him know, or donate money. I know he will except either. I know he is rested and ready to work after his vacation. It looks like they had a great time. Go and check out his pics on his site. Too bad he can't make money off his site, because it is one of the best blog sites that I have seen. Good luck on the job search buddy.

Just another day
Well it was just another day in Bama. Went to work, went to a school meeting on the softball team, and came home and worked again. Same old same old. One good thing that came about was that tonight The Unit and Smith premiered tonight. I have been waiting forever for these two shows to start. I am so addicted to T.V. shows its not even funny. My second vice is now is working on the laptop while watching T.V. Technology has ruined me.
My good buddy Shumpy just got back from his cruise and it looks like he had a blast. He even sent me a picture that I don't think too many people are going to see. I know he did it just to make me jelous. Which I am. I would love to go on vacation. This boy goes on more vacations in a year then anybody I know. You gotta love him for it. I know he and Big Dog had a great time.
Well Rosie Commented last night that I should have responded to her comment last night first because she is a lady. I am sorry about that Rosie. I should have been more of a gentleman, but I was responding back in order of the emails coming in. I will remember to keep it ladies first. Of course now Shumpy is going to be mad, because he knows he is my bitch. JK.
Well that's it from Bama land. Until next time.
BE COOL.

NEW CHANGES
Well maybe ya'll have noticed. I have switched over to the new beta version of blogger. It makes it a lot easier for a computer illiterate like me to change the appearance of my site. I have played with a little bit, and think I am going to enjoy the new way. It is hard for me to change things around though. I am not real thrilled about change. Even though in the last few months I have changed about everything in it. We have moved to another state, took a job I didn't believe I wanted, and yes I don't goof off as much as I used to. Change is good sometimes, but not good others. You just have to pick and choose. Hopefully you choose right. Well I got to get to bed. I worked too much on business tonight, and on changing the site around a little bit. So I have to make this one short.
Congrat's before for I go to Shakey Dave on him and his wife having their baby daughter in August. You will have to send me some pics. I promise not to post them.
Tim it was good to hear from you also. I will post more
And last, but not least Rosie. Keep reading and commenting. Hope everything is going good for you.

BEING CONNECTED AT HOME CAN BE A CURSE
Since I am connected at home now, I will be bringing a lot more work home. That way I don't have to stay at work so late at night, but it also means that I have to do everything a little bit slower than at work. My secured network keeps dropping me when I am in he middle of doing business stuff. So I have to keep signging. I am not the most patient person, as some of ya'll know. So I get a little frustrated when I am on work's network.
Today went pretty good at work. I found out that "Little E" is going to build a race track down here pretty soon. I can't wait for that. I will probably get a job promotion before the first race is held down here though. I did find out though that I will be able to go to Talladega in the spring with a vender. Starting to gain some of the benefits of the job promotion. I can't wait until the race in the spring. I know there is one in October, but the vender that is going to take us only does it during the spring race. Which when its free you know I am not going to bitch.
The Cowboys play the fagskins, oops, I mean the redskins. We better beat the socks off of them Sunday. I just pray it is not going to be like last year where we lost to them in the last few minutes. I will be praying and wearing my old Dallas Cowboy T-shirt and not the new one I wore last Sunday.
We went to the Softball Queen's practice tonight for one of her teams. She is in two different tournaments this weekend, but it looks like we will only be playing in one of them due to one of the coaches didn't get us registered in one of the tournaments. They were going to be at different times, but still two in one weekend is a little much. We have a meeting with the school about her playing this year for the high school next week. I am interested in hearing what they have to say. They went to state semi-finals last year. I haven't really been impressed with the talent out here. I was worried that she might be a little behind the curve out here, but she is one of the better players. I know she will do good here.
Well gotta sign off so I can get to bed. BE COOl & GO COWBOYS.

BACK AGAIN IN BAMA
Well, I doubt there is anybody out there reading this anymore, but I am going to start writing again. I have finally gotten connected here in Bama now. It has been one hell of a ride since we have moved here. I got a job transfer, and a promotion if ya'll didn't know. We have been here since the end of July. I have taken over one of my company's store. I was in shambles. I came out in June to clean it up and interview people for the position I am in now, and some how ended up getting the job that I was interviewing people for. It was pretty scary moving three states away, but it has turned into a pretty good time.
Each month it is getting better at work. It is finally turning around. I am under staffed though. I will make this work. Even if it kills me. I am learning so much that I didn't know about this job. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel though.
I finally got to get on the net and see what everybody is up to. The Blonde hasn't posted in a while, and Chuck as had to quit blogging. I understand his reasons, but it seems my world is getting a little smaller. Shumpy is on a cruise right now. I hope him and Big Dog have a great time. He and I have been playing phone tag for the last month.
The Softball Queen is adjusting to the area fine. She is already on two different teams and tries out for the high school team in November. She has found a little friend here, and seems to be making more.
Tammy is adjusting, but misses home. She has been in the hospital twice since we have been here. She has found a Bingo hall though and won some money last weekend.
I haven't gotten to play any golf yet, but hopefully I get to Sunday. Bama isn't too bad, but the people are a little to laid back. I am a very aggressive person when it comes to work, and I expect everybody else to be. These people down here just want to get by. I have never seen anything like it. I am motivating most of my staff, and showing them what can come about if everybody does there job. They were so used to just getting by. We are getting things turned around, and this job is going to make me a hero with my company (hopefully.) The good thing is if this thing doesn't work out my sciences are good for 5 years and I can always go to nursing school. I haven't given up on that idea yet. We will see what happens at the end of this year.
Well enough blah, blah from me. Hope everyone out there is doing good, and don't worry I am and always will be a True Texan no matter where I live.
On a sad note the COWBOYS lost Sunday. I couldn't believe it. They came out like gang busters, and then didn't wake up as usual until the last two minutes of the game. Which you can't win them all in the last two minutes. You have to play the whole game. Deadsoe again has a problem finding the open man because he is probably not the first one of the play to get the ball. Three interceptions? What is the Can of Tuna thinking? I guess that is why they pay him more for one game then I make in a year. What do I know though. I am just a dumb ol' Cowboy fan. I am still a fan through the thick and thin, but something has got to give with Deadsoe.
Well I hope somebody reads this.
Go Cowboys!!!!
